The aim of the center is to conduct scientific national and foreign researches and applications regarding child health in cooperation with the relevant departments and divisions of the university, use them on behalf of the society, and arrange educational activities.

General Overview

The Center was established under the Rector’s Office of Hacettepe University as of the Decision No: 83.6.56 of 19 January 1983 of the Republic of Turkey Higher education Council.

The same session also determined that "This center shall cooperate with the Graduate School of Child Health, the present and future personnel of which may be used by the center, and vice versa, without any need of appointment of the personnel".
